Sit deep in your pockets, hands in the box, which is between your horn and about 4 inches up ur horse neck, to the top of your horses neck to the top of you horn. Knees slightly bent heels down with your weight on your toes. Lean slightly forward.

Uh, not to be a downer LOL. But the advice on putting all the weight in your toes. If you do that its gonna throw you off balance and throw you into the horn. If you sit deep and ride the turn its better then sitting deep and leaning back. Because its almost like your bracing yourself to turn. You should be almost flowing with the turn.

I think it really depends on the part of the run your making...
When we are on the straights I am leaned forward, setting up for a turn I sit deep and relax my posture. It also really depends on the turn. Personally if I am trying to push a horse by I am a little more hunched and forward still. If I am clear for a good turn I sorta rock back on my pockets and lean back more. Then pull myself up coming out and wait till I know I won't get kicked behind to continue pushing.
As for posture I rode english for quite a few years so I actually sit straighter when riding, and sometimes my shoulders are relaxed and more forward. The legs I find it is personal preference....some people ride better with shorter stirrups while others ride better with longer.
There really is no "Right Way", it is a lot of personal preference for people and the individual horses style. On a push horse your gonna ride more forward to keep the horses motivation forward. Where a free runner your gonna be forward but have to really sit deep and get the proper rate.
As for the whole weight thing...in all reality your weight shouldn't be in the toe of the foot. The weight should be in the heel of your foot....
