What do you do to take care of your horses body? Please go in depth!

*LEGS*

When our horses are being hauled their legs get wrapped with No-Bows and Standing Wraps. They get Sore No More liniment under the wraps. JJ has the Back On Track No-Bows. They all get hauled in Soft Rides to help absorb some of the shock from the rough roads and keep them feeling good.

When stalled there legs are wrapped the entire time, the only time they are unwrapped is when I am tacking up. There legs get liniment rubdowns each time the legs are re-wrapped. They are stalled in their Soft Rides to help keep them comfortable on the hard ground.

After a Run the horses legs are iced with Cold Flex Wraps for 20 minutes. Then they are rubbed down very well with liniment and re-wrapped.

After Exercise- The horses legs are cold hosed for 10-15 minutes, then get a good rub after that.

*BODY*

While hauling JJ has his Back On Track sheet on, the others have Magnetic Blankets. They are also sprayed down with SNM Liniment before they are put on.

While stalled they are in the sheets as well, and have liniment applied.

After a Run the horses get a good cold hose down, liniment applied and a rubdown then the sheets are put back on.

All the performance horses get regular Chiropractor check-ups and messages when the lady is up this way.

My horses legs come first before anything else....I will stay up for however late making sure my horses legs are properly taken care of and maintained.
