Forum: What tack to use? Posted: Mon Jan 21, 2013 7:00 pm Subject: Tie-DownsI have never had a problem with tie downs on my horses, and not all horses that run in a tie down have high heads my new horse frosty runs perfectly fine with a tie down and runs with his head low
