Personally not a fan.....I don't see how with that conformation he could have been successful on the track.

-Something about the neck I don't like....
-Would like a cleaner throatlatch
-Very upright shoulder
-Longer back
-Ok hip
-Posty back legs
-Long weaker pasterns
-Cowhocked
-Toes out in the front

He's a TB for you.

Pasterns are long and will result in Bowed Tendons. You need a horse with good stronger pasterns that are the right length.

I think his rear-end could be a bit bigger he could use some muscle as well.

I do agree about his shoulder very upright. Upright shoulders in barrel racing is like a no no... Using upright shouldered horses its harder for them to get down and around. I'm assuming if you ran him long enough he'd end up getting arthritis because he's not able to get down bend and flex properly with a good sloping shoulder like others can.

Uphill, which isn't bad it means he can get his rear-end underneath him a little better.

He is cowhocked. It doesn't actually mean anything because they usually can run pretty straight cow hocked horses.

As for his neck, I don't like it. If he was facing the person and not the camera. You'd probably see it longer and skinnier and it might not tie in well with the rest of him.
